My favorite character is Alice because she is simply devine. I chose Alice becase i can relate to her character. Alice really doesnt know what she wants in life so she creates a world of her own where she can do anything she wants hich i wish i can do. She created that world out of her curiosity mostly. Alice is beautiful and at the end stands up for what she wants and inspired me to do the same.
My favorite character is the Red Queen. I thought her makeup in the Tim Burton film was quirky and fun. I loveeeee blue eyeshadow but can never pull it off because I end up looking like Mimi from the Drew Carey show. The Red Queen character was the most unforgotten character. Her unproportional size, domineer, and style made her an outstanding character.

And I love his riddle in the movie "Why is a raven like a writing desk?" and how he dose not even know the answer himself. He is just a fun, crazy character. And Im a big Tim Burton fan so this version of the book was just amazing and fun.

My favorite character would have to be the hookah smoking caterpillar (Disney). I enjoy how he tries to be so proper when everything he says is in fact nuttier then the mad hatter. I loooove his stuck up persona (if i could blow colorful smoke letters I would be stuck up too), his temper, his snide remarks for everything that poor Alice says (that some how make sense but not really?) and I definately love how careless he is in his every move. To sum it up...I think hes absolutley WONDERFUL.

My favourite memory from Alice in Wonderland is the maze garden. I vaguely remember the cartoon but I can vividly remember the maze from the queen's garden. Since, mazes have fascinated me and I have always to go to a garden maze, sadly this has not happened yet. I was hoping this would feature in Tim Burton's movie. What a shame. I really love Alice from the Tim Burton movie. She shows such character. And I feel like I could easily fit into her shoes. But there are so many other amazing characters :)
My favorite characters are Tweedledee and Tweedledum, I just love them they are rather affectionate with one another, but don't hesitate to fight over insignificant matters. And that reminds me of when my family all lived together and we used to fight with each other for stupid things. Now that I`m older and far away from my family I miss that. So that`s why I love these characters, also `cause they have a funny way to act cowardly and I find that sooo cute!!!

I have two favorite characters! that would be the mad hatter love him... he is fun, crazy, sweet, and brave!! johnny depp pulled him off very well, i loved his costume and his very big and colorful eyes! my second would have to be the chessire cat he is unpredictable, crazy, funny, yet always calm lol.... i like his big smile!

I love the Mad Hatter in the classic as well as the new Tim Burton movie!! I think that Johnny Depp executed the part well because he showed a kind of split personality as he is sweet and silly but then turns into a deep emotional character. His costume was amazing as well as his make up!!!! I also love how no matter what was going to happen to him he was always there to protect Alice...that shows his sweet side. The kind of war scene was also amazing where he fought along side the white queen!!

Jonny Depp playing the mad hatter was the best....his charachter gave me a feeling that he was really sweet and at times you felt sympathy...yet when something he was uneasy about struck him....he could turn into someone who may frighten you because he was also mad....

My favorite character was Stayne, the Knave of Hearts. I was VERY intrigued to know why he required the eye patch, and I think Crispin Glover's eccentricities as an actor were perfect for this film. Stayn's character really evolved through the film, from fear to love to loathing of the queen, quite a cauldron of emotions.

I love the Mad Hatter, simply because he asks questions that he himself has no idea how to answer. "Why is a raven like a writing desk?", maybe because Poe wrote on both (Or so Lewis C. might have answered).

I LOVE the Chesire Cat!! The coolest, slickest cat ever to be committed to celluloid! I always used to watch the cartoon movie when I was a little girl and the cat was my favorite character. I had a big imagination and I would always pretend I was Alice and would draw & cut out the characters, then place them around my room. Makes me laugh now LOL
my favorite character would have to be alice. not just because of all of the pretty costumes she gets to wear and people she gets to encounter but like many people i can relate to her character..constantly being pushed, and shoved to fit into things(like teapots)to please people but i have found its easier to take your own course and by just being the genuine you, full of "much-ness" and taking your tricky situations head first, no matter how freaky they are, it always has a better ending.(:

I do find something intriguing in every creature of Wonderland, but the most of all I like Cheshire cat. He is mysterious, wise and yet - mad.. To pick a favorite character is near impossible as each character is endearing in their own curious way. Yet, as someone who has actually written (and performed) a presentation on Alice In Wonderland, I would have to pick Alice. In the book she is so unintentionally funny in the way only a precocious child can be. I really like her interactions with the Wonderland and her openness to its madness, often questioning her own sanity over that of others. Alice's imagination definitely is the star.

My favourite character from Alice in Wonderland was always the caterpiller. He was always so mysterious and frustrating and I loved the music in the Disney movie when Alice was at his toadstool.

My favourite memory from Alice in Wonderland is the maze garden. I vaguely remember the cartoon but I can vividly remember the maze from the queen's garden. Since, mazes have fascinated me and I have always to go to a garden maze, sadly this has not happened yet. I was hoping this would feature in Tim Burton's movie. What a shame. My favorite characters are Tweedledee and Tweedledum, I just love them they are rather affectionate with one another, but don't hesitate to fight over insignificant matters. And that reminds me of when my family all lived together and we used to fight with each other for stupid things. Now that I`m older and far away from my family I miss that. So that`s why I love these characters, also `cause they have a funny way to act cowardly and I find that sooo cute!!!

My favorite character from alice in wonderland is the Cheshire cat. Especially in the new Tim Burton movie, I love this character because he in one character embodies all that is weird, wonderful, genius, beautiful, colorful, cheeky and mad about Wonderland. He also is one of those characters like the Mad Hatter that you aren't entirely sure what there next move will be- they aren't good or bad- particularly- they are just who they are. I also love the color palette they used for both versions!

I love the Mad Hatter in the classic as well as the new Tim Burton movie!! I think that Johnny Depp executed the part well because he showed a kind of split personality as he is sweet and silly but then turns into a deep emotional character. His costume was amazing as well as his make up!!!! I also love how no matter what was going to happen to him he was always there to protect Alice...that shows his sweet side. The kind of war scene was also amazing where he fought along side the white queen!!

My favorite character was Stayne, the Knave of Hearts. I was VERY intrigued to know why he required the eye patch, and I think Crispin Glover's eccentricities as an actor were perfect for this film. Stayn's character really evolved through the film, from fear to love to loathing of the queen, quite a cauldron of emotions.

I love the Mad Hatter, simply because he asks questions that he himself has no idea how to answer. "Why is a raven like a writing desk?", maybe because Poe wrote on both (Or so Lewis C. might have answered).
Either way, he is vulnerable and crazy and beautiful and full of so much muchness it blows me away.

I LOVE the Chesire Cat!! The coolest, slickest cat ever to be committed to celluloid! I always used to watch the cartoon movie when I was a little girl and the cat was my favorite character. I had a big imagination and I would always pretend I was Alice and would draw & cut out the characters, then place them around my room. Makes me laugh now LOL

my favorite character would have to be alice. not just because of all of the pretty costumes she gets to wear and people she gets to encounter but like many people i can relate to her character..constantly being pushed, and shoved to fit into things(like teapots)to please people but i have found its easier to take your own course and by just being the genuine you, full of "much-ness" and taking your tricky situations head first, no matter how freaky they are, it always has a better ending.(:

I do find something intriguing in every creature of Wonderland, but the most of all I like Cheshire cat. He is mysterious, wise and yet - mad.. I like the riddles and clues, that he gives to Alice and disappears without giving her answers. This creature has affected me in many ways and I even have a tattoo with it. ^^

My favorite character is from the 1951 Disney version of Alice in Wonderland land would be the king && queen of hearts!!! They're such an interesting couple, the queen is very bossy && loud && VERY obvious that she's the one that wears the pants in the relationship!!! lol and they king is just so petite and he in his high pitched voice and is able to gently persuade the queen of her head-chopping antics~ it's very cute to watch =D

One of my fav's would be The Caterpillar and his memorable phrase "Whooo ... are ... you?" and I always remember this. He actually teaches Alice how to cope with the difficulties she encounters in Wonderland. How to become big or small. He also turns into a butterfly. All characters are so amazing!

Please enter me :] My favorite alice in wonderland character in the 1951 film is Cheshire Cat he is mysterious and his grin gives you a feeling like hes lieing yet playing around. He tells alice the rules about wonderland in an irie grin. He disappears and reappears in a creppy way. my favorite line in the movie is when he tells alice " were all mad here" you feel like he is going to cause mischief and trouble in the movie and he's a little crazy :)

My favorite character is Alice. On the surface she is the least colorful. But really, she is very layered. She is so lost - not just literally - and conflicted. She is just a girl trying so hard to figure out who she is. I think Alice is all girls trying to become women.

To pick a favorite character is near impossible as each character is endearing in their own curious way. Yet, as someone who has actually written (and performed) a presentation on Alice In Wonderland, I would have to pick Alice. In the book she is so unintentionally funny in the way only a precocious child can be. I really like her interactions with the Wonderland and her openness to its madness, often questioning her own sanity over that of others. Alice's imagination definitely is the star.

when i was a little girl i would go to the bathroom and look down on the toilet water and my bum would make a shadow that looked similar to the cats mouth, and sometime i would even find myself talking to the toilet because in my imagination it was the cat talking to me, its funny because i have recently tried to do it but since im all grown up my booty takes up most of the space and i cant really see the shadow like i use to hahaha, its kind of my lil child hood secret
