@zdssh That is a true fact but unfortunately the romanian goverment is too corrupt to care about Romanian citizens and their rights therefore there is nobody controlling the gypsy immigration in this country,in fact Romania is the country of all impossibilities for Romanians and the country of all possibilities for foreigners. @zdssh ,There are some parties in Romania who would consider extradition of all gypsyes from Romania but they do not have the power to forward a law project against gypsies stay in Romania because of the corrupt government which is always in war with the others parties. A gypsie steals from a shop a bread to eat and no police is worried about that,a romanian steal a bread to eat takes 3 to 5 years of prison.

my conclusion is that the true ethnic Romanians are a "mongrel" between Slavs and Illyrians. Therefore fully comparable with yoguslaves, Ukrainians, Hungarians and Poles sometimes. Gypsies and Romanians are two distinct "races". Romanians had different head shape compared to the Gypsies. Furthermore these two groups behave different. Due nature of difference between Romanians and gypsies genetic material. Ex. Gypsies are more musical and loud. So do not confuse gypsies with Romanians, thanks.

@Jerkoskanal Actually, if you look at Slavic migration from Poland into the countries they are in now, Slavic people did not stop in Hungary or Romania. The people of Romania are from Vlachs (which came from the slavic areas before they became Slavic, and Thracians (specifically Dacians). Illyrians come from Thracians, so I can see where you got that from. But I do agree with you with the genetics between Romanians and gypsies. :)

Roma music has changed the musical world in a way that the rest of Romanian society has failed to match in any field. Nice film about Romanians. But the Romanians I see in western europe are the ones at the end of the film. When I see the big white palace now I know were the money goes from the Romanians stealing and begging from people in western europe. I guess they feel protected with the big cross around their neck. It would be a nice country to visit but I'm afraid of being robbed as soon as I step out of the airplane.

I´m a brazilian with blood of romanian white gradfa, tata de mama. Here, in Brazil the gipsies are all bandits or drug dealers. But, in my state of origin, Rio Grande do Sul, the farmers kills entire gipsy tribes by pure sport or simple human hunt across the fields. I don´t like of the gipsies or of your strange culture, but to kill many of them by pure sport, not is necessary. Is necessary to do a new country to the gipsies, as Palestina. Gipsy live in Greece,Hungary, Bulgaria,Serbia, Ukraine, Slovakia, Spain,France,England,etc.

They are an ethnic group from India / Pakistan Punjab area, brought to Europe a few hundreds years ago by the invading Ottoman Turkey.

@fgschneider1970 Mostly of cities and buildings in those pictures are made by 100% romanians for example you have the Palace of Parliament was build by Anca Petrescu (chief arhitect) wich led a group of 700 arhitects and it is the world's second largest building after the Pentagon but also largest civilian administrative building, most expensive administrative building, and heaviest building, Also the Peles Castle was founded by prince Carol I and he hired the german arhitect Wilhelm Doderer.

@fgschneider1970 The Castle Bran (Dracula's castle) well..had loads of owners,all leaders,but the fact is the castle was in possesion of Queen Marie of Great Romania when Romania took over Transilvania...the rest of the pictures..well , Aqua land and the cities from Sea Land definetly were not build by Austrian-Hungarian Empire. Sibiu city also was build by Saxons actually,also the Big Romanian Plain where is a big part of Romania's agriculture, it's says the name itself ROMANIAN Plain.
