how do u get the timing right? with the sfx and the lego? im a beginner at stop motion lego

In a normal soundtrack the timing is taken care of in the editing process when it is added , using window movie maker or other software. In this case when the original soundtrack was used, we used two computers . The second computer ran the real trailer while animation was done on the first, constantly rechecking it was still in time. This takes a lot longer.

I think the body came from an old Lego City set, but the set was broken up and mixed in a box with other Lego.

If you use two computers side by side, one running the trailer and the second doing the animation and re-checking your work every few frames.

I used to do animation like this but nothing on this scale. It took me a few minutes just to make a scene that lasted 3 seconds.
