It's amazing how you taught yourself. Me, I take dance classes (ballet, jazz, things like that) but my mom would never let me take lessons. Or teach myself. She assumes it's for inappropriate reasons. But it's a good thing I'm moving out soon. I've always loved pole dancing. i just taught myself everything i know, i was one of them kids hanging upside down on the swings at 2 so this is all very natural to me, i do strech every few days, nothing special just try doing the splits, arching my back ect

a pole is about £170, you need quite a bit of room, i go by leg space because i do throw myself about a bit. if you can do basic spins without kicking anything like a chair then your good. and i'm 22 :D
