I don't get it.. why get a BMW and then rig it with honda civic-grade exhaust and rims.. My opinion. The rims are so typical, and not matched with the E60's refined body; Same analogy with the Camaro-sound of of the exhaust that ruins the precision engineering for the E60.

@rollhard1 The M5 is a V10 just like the Viper... the only real difference is about 3 liters, 2000 RPM, and the M5 sounds like it's exhaust is the diameter of a plastic straw lol. Why dont YOU try doing a search on the Viper and see that they sound pretty much the same...

If you did some research you will also know that the engines are designed quite differently. Look into the heritage of the BMW v10 used in the M5 and you might know why. The Viper sounds like an American V8 rumbling muscle car. Thats not what an M5 is supposed to sound like.

@ZYGADLO2010 the major difference between them is taht the viper v10 is low reving engine, that is suppost to get the pwoer at low RPM, that's why it sounds more aggresive. The one in the m5 and the m6 is different because it has cubic inches and it revs alot higher to get the power, that's why it sounds like a straight six

the problem is that you need to step on the brakes in order to switch into 1st gear. Also, the driver wasnt sure how to launch the car. Check our video y1XNY-WN7nk for a better launch with the RPi exhaust
