I could use some help understanding something. What exactly is the jalsa salana? Im a christian who is doing a report in my world religions class in college on a court case involving a community of muslims who were trying to purchase a farm and were denied by the local board of burgesses because this jalsa salana would interfere with local traffic. I would appreciate any info that would help me understand this tradition better. Thank You and God Bless
