every time i make one it says you must delete cookies.but when i delete cookies it starts all over. when i do it all over it says you have to delete every time pleas help

i did and even after waiting a whole day the neopets page is stripped of its details like the whole top panel that says games, my account and things like that arent there! i dont get it
