The muscles, I can understand. It's been nearly 10 years since Luffy saw them last, so it's understandable that he might have become stronger during that time. But as for the dreadlocks, that's another story. You need a certain hair type to even grow them, as I understand, and Yasopp's previous hair did not look the type.
Actually, isn't he supposed to be some super good sniper? Why would he need muscles, unless he's now slinging around canons with one arm.

@BassGal92 I still want to see Garp use that giant ball on a chain again. That would be epic to see him use it in an actual battle, not just a one shot attack.
@BassGal92 Garp uses it shortly after meeting the straw hats for the first time, if I remember correctly. He starts lobbing cannonballs at them with his arms before finally bring out a gigantic freaking ball that quite honestly looks bigger than the deck of his own ship! He simply heaves it at their ship once, but they escape in time.
Where the heck he was hiding it, I have no idea, but I want it to make another appearance!
If they say that Sanji's arms are nearly as strong as his legs then chances are that Oda has stated this at one point. Anyway, have you seen Sanji kick? If Sanji's arms weren't strong then he wouldn't be able to stand on his hands and deliever those kicks. Is there even a real reason to say that sanji's arms aren't strong just because he doesn't fight with them? Zoro has about the same leg strenght as Sanji but Zoro doesn't fight with his legs either.

Well the new hairstyle doesn't really fit Yasopp, but it's easier to get used to than having Yasopp look like a bodybuilder. Thanks for watching this video!
Don't be naive. Have you ever seen Sanji do a handstand where he also kicks a huge object with his feet? I have! Sanji has strength in his arms, but he just prefers using his legs.

I have other friends that like Foamy the Squirrel. Yes, going to my first anime convention was fun, except there was no pocky! If you thought I got a bit edgy with Yasopp's new appearance, just think how I felt after making the "Stop Sending Crap" video.

Yeah, but he doesn't have as much strength in his arms as it was portrayed on that website. Arm strength does not equal upper body strength.
