@TaongaDragonRider He actually folds the thumb into one hand and closes that hand and puts the thumb of the other hand in between his other hand's fingers, so that it comes out a little and places the other hand over the one hand near the thumb and moves it so that it looks like it is actually the thumb of the one hand :D
