Jack White is highly overrated, he brings new energy into rok and roll at a time wen it seemed like it was dyin, but quite frankly i think Brendan is being overlooked as a good guitarist and is a major contributer wen it comes down to there guitar solo's.

it´s a custom made Gretsch, Jack calls it the "Tripple Green Machine" it has a Shure Green bullet Harmonica mic build in it.. i love that guitar..

you need to see the movie "it might get loud" (august 14) i saw in a preview clip that movie Jack tells something about that guitar in that movie..

Nope, he doesn't.

Eastwood makes replicas of old vintage guitars, such as Jack White's Airline.

These (Airline) replicas are made out of wood, while the original Valco Airline was made out of reso-glass (a sort of plastic).

There's a website called Brokenbricks on which you can find a list of his gear with the white stripes. Also on wikipedia there's quite a lot of text about the instruments he's using.

the verdict is still out on who crafted that guitar...while Parsons from Seattle built the copper Triple Jet, this one who knows, butI'd bet yes...it has Gretsch Anniversary colors, lime green/moss green, but is a double cutaway, which a stock anniversary isnt.......looks like 3 TV Jones pickups, built in MXR to boost gain on solos, of course Bigsby, built-in distortion mic on a retractable cord....rumor has it there is some sort of theramin built-in....
