do you use lr3? if so do you have the preset for that last edited shot?

@nanette70h only a word of advice. if you ask for presets for everything, you'll never be good at photography. push the sliders, it doesn't ever hurt and you can always reset images. push sliders to both extreme ends and see what it does. maybe new to some people, but you actually have to study lighting and images just like studying anthropology and science.

@2009korte They had speedlights. What you can do is expose for the background and then use the flash to bring the subject to proper exposure. Simple Strobist techniques and not HDR.
