Wanna know why theres no Half Life 3? no Episode 3?

Its because valve is looking for a new game engine to make all their new games.

For example half life 1 had an average engine but when they found the source engine, they made hl2. So at the moment they need to find a new engine ex: source v2 or something to make hl3 and then tf3 and so on. thats what i think

I think steam is the middle point between asshole greedy corporations and the gamer itself. It's a big community with room for everyone.
