Holy Fuck , I have been searching for this song for 25 years .I only heard it once on WCWP Post College radio in like 1987 ,and I never heard it again ,I searched on wikipedea ,but now I finally found it . @MrRiddla420 I wore this record OUT back when. The weird thing is that they did release an instrumental of this (only vocals were the chorus) & that stood on its own. I've met Mike & the crew a couple of times. I saw them each tour pre-1990 (except the first record). Rocky is VERY underrated- was then & still is.

@1987kyuss Bob Heathcote (front, Mike's right hand side) was the bass player on this record. Robert joined in 1989. Mike lost a TON of weight between "Army" & this tour. I was a bit worried. I had people I knew back then saw ST headline with a pretty up & coming group..... Red Hot Chili Peppers.

It's a variation of a D-beat i think... And this beat was firstly used by hardcore bands in a time were there was no thrash metal. This band begun as an hardcore punk band and then they started adding metal influences over the years. It's called Crossover Thrash. But there's no such thing as a thrash beat cuse all fast thrash beats came from hardcore punk in the late 70's early 80's.
