I think in england 16 is a good age, christians over here normally start dating then... Ive got a crush on a girl and im 14, but I know ill probly not ask her out til im 16....
Hey I'm a sixteen year old guy, I'm Christian, and homeschooled all my life. I've liked the same girl for about 3 or 4 years now and she's known it for 2, we are great friends and we help each other out and pray for each other and I've never had any sexual desires with her or anything. (I promise) I won't say I'm mature but I hate hate hate it when people treat her like she's disposable and I want to date her. Any advise?
I personally don't believe young people should date at all. As a young person or teenager you're still finding yourself and developing your relationship with God and aren't mature enough to have another person in your life that way. Some people say they're mature but I think those people are kidding themselves.
I am 12, and my mother doesn't believe i should date. I know i`m young, but i know this guy who is an amazing friend, but i really like him. I look at dating as just sharing common interest with the opposite sex, and learning how to trust other people. I look at Kevin (the guy i like) as someone to tell my secrets, and my dreams too. Someone who loves as much as i do, and who knows me basically better than i know myself. Just please let me know if you believe i am ready or not.
I'm turning 17 and I am in love with another person, and she's also a Christian.
I have also prayed for our relationship. We really love each other, but the Church rules include not to have a relationship until we graduate College and find a stable job.. We want to commit our love for each other, but it seems that our love for each other is being stopped :(
I am a 17 year old male Christian and I want to start dating, the problem is I want a Christian girlfriend but there aren't any girls at my church that are my age and the girls at school are not on my religious path, What should I do?
Really like this!!! I was taken advantage of by my first real boyfriend when I was 13, three times. It's good to wait until your at least 17. Because after a while, hugging, and kissing gets boring. !!
Ei bro nice one! Could u also comment on youth having girl or boyfriends while studying? Coz i want t0 advise my fellow youth hope u can help me with it. Thanks! Blessings!
@Rachel27371 im a christian, and im 12, and im dating my best friends cousin. As long as your mature emotionally, and are not dramatic, hug and talk a couple times a day. and a short little kiss every once in a while (No tongueing) then its fine for a twelve year old.
true. teenagers even though their 18 are not fully developed emotionally or even mentally when it comes to dating the opposite sex. im 19 and i just found a guy that is christian and also has good values and morals. even though ive wanted to date guys in highschool, at the end of the day i had to ask myself what and why i was looking for relationships. but im glad i waited alittle longer till i was mature enough to handle that and to find someone mature emotionally.
I love your videos! I commented onn another video and already shared that Im 14. I dont really support teenage dating. I want God's will for my life. I do believe I am mature enough to date but I can always grow stronger and I dont want to take the chances of loosing someone I love over a relationship. I've seen so many teens get their hearts broken because they were dating for fun. Even if you are mature enough I think waiting is best. At a young age you still need to figure out your life.
the purpose of dating is to find a potential husband/wife. Today, I believe a person under the age of 17 should not date because they cant possibly be ready to be married. People have lost sight of that. The purpose of dating is not to have sex, or have a title, it is to search for the right man or woman.
I am a christian and I think i was ready to date a long time ago. I am 14. I started liking this guy at my church at age 8. Only issue is I don't think he is at the right stage for a relationship. He is 16...... but not really mature :p I wish he was because I think he is the one when I haven't even started dating him. I just get this strong vibe when i am around him.
I'm 17 and I'm not think I'm ready for a relationship. I got so much to focus on right now, as living for God. Furthermore, school & other priority; i think dating around 19-21 some around college time.
I concur with you on that begin wise & mature.
So truth, but it just so hard to not date at a very young age, special the society i live in. Smh
I just pray to God to Bless me a Wife that Love the Lord and love for who i Am.
18 to 21? Good lord, my kids would leave home. If you're a teeager and someone asks you out and you like that person then go out. Don't have sex. Have fun. Teens need to experiece relationships so that when they marry they can rely on the things they have learned.
I'm 17 and avoid dating at the moment. Really, there are other things to focus on at the moment. When the right woman comes along, then yes. Not before, though.
I can understand the confusion for young people. What does it mean to date? I know young ppl have a way of dating without their parents even knowing it. But, it's not a good thing to do. Whenever you have to do things secretly, you set yourself up to be in harms-way. I'd say once the young person is able to leave their parents or guardians home. Why? You're free to live your life and make adult decisions. If you're not ready to do that, then you're not ready to date.
im 12 and i understand my mother will not let me date i have no idea why...i think she is just a little over protective but im not sure...if u cud help me understand a little more that might help
@frogrow4242 I can understand why your mum doesnt want you to date, you are still quite young and migt not be able to handle the ups and downs of dating. Let me ask you a quick question; If you where to start dating at the age of 12, what would be the purpose of the relationship and where would it be headed?
@Tips4ChristianDating naw 12 is good trsut me once 21 you be ready to get marry trusf me just look at me i'm 20s just stared dating i regart cause once get married be 30 lol time flys use wisey just date slow don't rush let everything workout
Parents and the church should teach teens how to date because there are lot of wolves in sheep skin. Parents should guide their children before they start dating. They should even give dating classes in the church. The problem with the church is that they don't deal with real life situations. Parents should establish a relationship with their children so that they can come to them.
I'm 19 years old and i'm STILL not ready, but that's not to say i dont like anyone. Thanks for the advice, love your channel. I've subbed
