  • Would you rather work on a manual or automatic tranny?. I was able to get an automatic shifting better using SeaFoam.

  • a Beautiful BEAUTIFUL day! oh my! Nash is doing great, Mark. We know how much you love transmissions. Can't wait to see the gears.

  • ok, now that fuel system is more my style! you're alright Mark.. hahaha

  • @1963impala2dr ...... I thought you might like that Ken

  • Many years ago this car belonged to Debbie Provo who belonged to the rambler club in Portland in the early 80's..Then sold to jeff Fairchild who had several other 53-55 Ramblers that I got from him..I gave this car too charlie schnieder ...this car Was in the Hands Of Mark Haffey when Jeff had it...This was a really Nice Nash when Debbie owned it....

  • Great, save an original Nash and an Angel gets its wings..

  • @zzzdogutube .....Yessir, Hope to be driving it soon.

  • "It's a good day for a Nash..." I like that.

What's wrong with the transmission, Mark?

  • @kstadden ,,,,it has a stuck Hydramatic. Won't go into reverse, won't go into neutral, won't upshift, and sometimes won't go into park.. ......It does however go into low......when ever it wants to......SCARY

  • VERY VERY COOL. I love that you're in Portland, too. Now if only I could make some progress on my Citroens like you do on your cars.

  • @grandcarriage1 ........You just have to make the effort. Boy, do I know a LOT of Citroens needing restoration around here

  • @2stroketurbo . Agreed on all counts, but I'm thinking I need to take a class on engine rebuilding. Re: Citroens in Portland. Roger Sagner had a European Motor Mart in Portland and later in Lake Oswego. There was also a dealership in Medford, and a couple up in Seattle. (You probably already knew this). Cheers, Bob

  • Is it me or are more people digging out older cars as daily drivers nowadays? I've seen a couple of Dodge Omnis even that looked like they just drove out of the showroom lately! Maybe it's just a Portland thing.

  • @Threetails ........Portland is on the cusp of an old car revolution !! What's old is new again...
