@CEILIMAN ...there are "ceili dance" competitions at all Fleadh's come to Ireland and check the high standard of competition...ceili dancing is alive and kicking.

Not only that but the rhythms and beats of all of Europes folk dances are precisely and perfectly inalignment and rhythm to modern techno. Also the patterns in the dance are also very much in evidence in German and Romanian folk dance, no doubt also in other European folk dances too, seeing as we all share common cultural and ancestral heritages.
