this is very very nice idea.you have done a great job buddy.hey i'am also trying to do the same but i won't use welding and also those bolts and all but i use some of the most common ideas for my rockets.but i have not succeeded yet but i will find a way to fly it high.please please comment my videos too

@Hammilton2 Stoichiometric combustion is always a challenge with hybrid rockets. I agree, O2 pressure was way too low. I later switched to nitrous oxide (N2O) and increased the pressure substantially. The result can be found in static test 8.

it wasn't clean because of stoichometric combustion, it was clean because you didn't hardly burn through the fuel grain. Not nearly enough O2.
