Now why that questions asked to Judge Irene Sullivan of the Family Court in Pinellas County, Florida?
The Supreme Court has also held that if a judge wars against the Constitution, or if he acts without jurisdiction, he has engaged in treason to the Constitution.
This is complete crap. Have you heard yourself lately? It sounds to me like your quick to blame "drugs"... not all of the children taken in to state custody are taken because of substance abuse! Have you ever heard of children being "legally kidnapped"? If you haven't that is because your in fucking denial!! Irene , my question to you is what drugs are you on? Have you lost your mind you just stated " I know its against the law but I will allow it".You know for a Judge your fucking ignorant!
The Delinquency & Juvenal Court system once again is trying to mislead the public. Speaking from countless hours of legal research, observation and determination, I have openly observed the Florida statue, civil rights, due process violations, gross misconduct as currently observed openly by our public servants and officials in the Family Court division. Case point, judges openly interrogate families over false accusations. Irene Sullivan stated " I know its against the law but I will allow it"
I'm sorry your honor, but you need to change your ways by being a little more honest. I know your job is hard, but do you remember why you took oath, to uphold the law. My request to you is that you start reprimanding your corrupt programs and social workers,k and police and maybe some families could have a chance and would work with you. But for now Florida Judges have a bad household name. Not because they are in your courts, but because u know these people lie and you allow it. shame on u.
