Hey can you please help me out I can't seem to get set up to work I'm not sure if its the app its self or if I'm doing something wrong .... my issue is when I click on the setup I created I get a "timed out" error/message please help ....

@gboytazz Hmm, not sure what that error is, maybe you have some anti-virus firewall setup blocking it? Oh, and have you seen my latest videos posted just within the past week or so? Look for the ones named 2x client for android - I love that remote desktop app a lot more than this one.

Hmm when I try this my phone says: "Connection refused when trying to connect to (IP)/(IP) on port 3390" as it suggests.. What do I do wrong? I kinda suck at this.

@333plus333 You will most likely use the default port which is 3389 - I changed mine for various reasons.

@PCAddictsLive how do you find out what port to use? because mines not connecting on the default port.

@nitestalkr1260 well if you never changed it, it will be 3389. You also need to make sure if you are doing it from outside your network, you will need to setup a port forward on your router for port 3389 to point to your computer that you are trying to remote into.

use "Phonemypc" free..best one out their...u won't find it in Android market...download it and place it on mobile...install pc client....and use any user name and password....same on mobile and there u go...u r in....enjoy...

Will this work with Windows XP (I know it's ancient haha)

And how much delay are you getting using Remote RDP? (as in how many seconds will it take for the pc to reponse once you input a command from your android phone)

Would it work with a lan wifi network instead of using the internet?

@Mentholatum101 Thanks... Yes, it will work with XP. Not much delay at all to be honest. Yes, doing it over LAN instead of WAN would probably respond faster as well :)
