Manhattan look like a Child's play ha ha so funny. Those buildings are built in 1900s long before you dreamed of having skyscrapers in Dubai. They have much more history and art than you can think of. Plus we have 4 seasons in NY not like hot all the f***** time with no Trees or anything else. You can dream all you want but NY will get ten times more visitors than Dubai at any time. NY has Broadway, Times Square, Wall Street, UN headquarters, Wall Street, and I can go on more.

Islamic architechture is in general the most beautiful in the world...Taj Mahal is a reminder of that.

He he i see the Arabs are getting too proud but they don't realize that these building are pretty much all designed by foreigners. Burj Al Arab is designed by British Company and Burj Dubai by a Chicago based company. It is not like you guys are doing anything to be proud. All you do is give the money that is it. Almost all the investment there is totally foreign and even there are more foreigners there than locals lol.

I hope so. According to the newspapers, this will be the last major project in Dubai for a long time, as their economy is lagging. I think this is great, however, for the region and its people. The Middle East needs more forward-thinking regions like the Dubai emerate.
