It does not show batt level which sucks as I was using it at a biker rally and the only time you get a indicator is when it just about to die. I picked up a cheap charge w/battery off ebay and it allows me to charge it via the wall outlet or via cig lighter in vehicle. Cost me 11.00 bucks about year ago and can take hundreds of pic and it does not discharge in a few days like some others. But no way to know one fault that I see with the camera. I have a new Fuji S-3200 14meg with 24 opt zoom.
Thats cool on the proce, you have to remember that the camera is several months old now and they have released a few new ones. Major diff is that they are 12 megapixel. But congrats on get the lower price. Question is how do you like it?
@Brendonamore Sorry for the delay in responding but to comment on your comment I had my cam on my laptop set to default not realizing that it was doing a mirror image so everything was reversed. Sorry for the confusion.
I use both cameras depending on what I am shooting. I still think the Easy Share shoots better in low light than my Fuji but they work well.

How do I check the battery on the camera? I don't see where it shows how much battery life is left when using the camera.

The button are on the opposite side as the one in walmart the shoot button is on the left of you and the button an the right at walmart.
