Plexi is pretty easy to work with, you have to score it on both sides and snap it on a hard surface, just like cutting circuit board material, or, if you are lucky, you can get a laser cutter or other CNC device and do some cool stuff like gears.
For the most part you can only score/snap thin (1/8") plexi, once you get to 1/4", you need a laser or a mill.

Nice. Also like the use of Plexiglass for the frame. How Is it to work with? (Compared to, say, sheet metal.)
