He didn't actively cheat, but he essentially did the same thing in Austin that Charles Gindy got DQ'd for at Worlds. His opponent failed to use a non-optional trigger, and instead of maintaining game state, he let it go.
He cheated, he just knew what to say to get off the hook. If he had said that he knew the angel had to be done he would have got dq'ed. He played stupid and said he thought it was a may ability. The whole time I am sure that he knew the angel had to trigger. He just Stayed quiet and let it pass. IF he had told his opponent about the trigger he missed, Kibler would have lost and wouldn't be Pro tour Austin champ right now. It's pretty simple when you read between the lines. He cheated.

@Ballinlolz Read what angel of despair says, then get back to me... That's the card in question. Hypergenesis is a may ability, but angel of despair is a What ?
@carthwolf I watched the quarterfinals of the PT at least three times, i didnt notice the missed trigger, he didnt explain in his comment the missed trigger, Randy + BDM didnt notice the missed trigger, Evangelos and brian didnt notice the missed trigger.
Charles ghindy got DQ'd because he cheated, he KNEW that master had to deal damage back, multiple times.. he just said nothing about it, brian and evangelos were just distracted.
The DCI came down hard on Gindy to make up for this. Gindy attacked with a wolf, then used master on a 2/2 creature. The only wolf untapped was a 3/3 wolf. He didn't do anything wrong. He stated after the game he thought it was weird. The guy calls a judge. The judge had no idea what the game state was. AND THE GAME WAS OVER. No reason for GINDY to be dq'ed. The game was over. The only thing the guy could have done was 2 damage to a 3/3 wolf. It was blown out of proportion because of Kibler.
.....HE DIDN'T MENTION ELSPETH. WTF?! I mean he got baneslayer and knight but no elspeth, we all know kibler loves his elspeth.
