don carlos was definately the best choice to close out the festival. reggae on the river is about good roots music and don carlos has been around as long as any. more roots less dancehall!!!
yeah, gentleman probably should have closed the show...Don Carlos was sick though, especially with Junior Reid and then when he dubbed out his voice!! Collie Buddz was also a huge highlight for me, much better than his last year's performance...and his band and drummer especially TORE IT UP!!!!

Was a great show. Don Carlos definitely deserved to be closing the show. He is old school roots reggae. Was a great time all together.
