I competed against Reggie in football and track and field in high school. His speed in the 55, 60, and 100meter was blinding, even on the crappy gym floor of the Dunn center in Elizabeth where we had indoor track meets in Union County. 6.37 in the 55m.
I doubt he runs a 4.1 40, but I would in no way be surprised if he ran a legit, electronic 4.2, if you go by his HS 55 time.

I'm sure he tricks a lot of timers with the way he starts, which is good practice for these 40 yard dash tests and dopey football coaches. The kid just ran a 6.68 60m dash, which is very good, so he's got true speed, but realize that Jacoby Ford and Trindon Holliday ran high 6.5's in the 60 (like 6.58) and they were recorded in the low 4.3's at the official combine.

Hand times don't mean shit, show me a 4.1-4.3 on a F.A.T timing system, laser timing, or some form of electronic timing that is verified accurate to within 100s of a second and then were talking. Obviously this guys fast but i doubt hes 4.1 fast.
hand timed doesnt mean shit, get 3.97 automatic timing then ur talking fast, at my school one of our assistants timed a not very fast linebacker as having a 4.3, when his automatic timed one was more like a 4.9 or 5.0...
