What the FUCK. Why would they scrap this for Return to Dreamland. This game looked like it took Kirby in a positive direction. While the changes may seem small, such as dynamic camera angles or the partner system, they looked fucking great. The thing that most impressed my was the surreal landscapes shown in this video. I really wanted to play this game.

they should have added the wheel, jet , and broom ability in kirby's return to dreamland, and you should at least be able to make 1 helper in single player mode. I like king dedede, meta knight, and bandana dee, but they can't be CPU controlled.

Kirby Wii was good, but when i played it, it wasn't as fun because the funnest part of playing Kirby Superstar was making helpers. I was so curious to see what Witch and Mime did. It was pretty stupid of them to remove those powers. They just make it worse by using all of the Gamecube models, albeit updated to be on Wii. They should make a sequel that includes the same models, albeit with the original storyline that was in this trailer, along with the helper making ability.

@iamkakashi20 If anything, all they did was retain the co-op (sadly, not through helpers) and the ability to stack on each other. In my opinion, it would have kicked ass to have Kirby, Bonkers, and Golem on top of wheelie riding through the stage. They could have at least included a demo play of the original Kirby Adventure in Kirby: Return to Dreamland, but they didn't. Its not too late for them to make a sequel out of Kirby: Return to Dreamland though (to include the helper making ability).

To the other people who think this game is the same as Kirby's Return to Dream Land, its not. This game was based off of Kirby Super Star which is what made fans so excited for it to be released. I mean come on, four player co-op, and probably over thirty helpers to play as, whats not fun about that? I guess the new one will be fun, but it won't be the same. I wish they had kept the option for Kirby to make helpers and for them to stack on each other, that's what i was looking forward too.

@Joemamma69000 Well, maybe there won't be any any Kirby "helpers", but there is co-op in the Wii Kirby; you can play as Meta Knight, King Dedede, or Spear Waddle Dee, all three of which I think are very welcome additions. I also heard you can play as three other colored Kirbys (validity unsure), which would basically be better than helpers. And if you watch the trailers, you can stack on top of another: I saw a video where MK was on top of Kirby, on top of King Dedede. Give Kirby Wii a chance!

@drsoda812 I didn't say i hated it, i just hated that Nintendo thought helpers was a dumb idea for a 3D Kirby game. Its fun to play as them, because when your about to die you can just run into another enemy and transform into him and regain all of your health. In Kirby Superstar it was fun, but if this feature was continued into a 3D Kirby game it would have been sweet, and that's what i was looking forward too six years ago.

@DKxxxROCKS b/c it was originaly for the gamecube but it was canceled and is now being released on wii under a diferent title. Just as Kirby's Airride was originaly for the N64 it was also canceled and released for GameCube. So this isn't the first time.
