Sorry to spam it like that but i cant say it all in one comment so bare with me ^_^''

There are two tipes of heroes (might/caster) and you got caster in the video so you have limited might options(less abilities to chose) , so you can go to the bottle-like icon at the skill tree and you can actually learn spells (for points ofc).Also when you battle there is a filling up circle,thats your faction spell(you dont need to fill it up at max to use it,but the effect is weaker),hope i helped

good video man , thou it really shows you haven't played heroes 5 :D, cuz you can attack with your hero once per turn(melle/range attack or use spell) which you haven't done at all :P ,plus it matters if you let the creatures go or fight them (thats in all heroes games)!!! If you leave them in HOMM6 you gain reputation with light(good guy rep),if you attack you gain red(bad guy rep), then you upgrate your rep at the castle and you gain rep spells.

@FinalFlash1000 Ahhh! I was looking for the Magic Arrow :p My problem is I played tons of heroes 3, but hardly any of the other games. I think I did HOMM6 justice though!

@unitlosttube no biggy ,the video was great ,the attack is that sword above the autobattle button (plus they glow if you havent used them yet :D),just dont forget to use your hero's turn because it doesn't show when his turn is(like with your troops) so whenever you like use him thats why they didnt want to make a hero turn so you are free to use it when it suits you but you end up forgeting it ...). I recommend you use the autoresolve/attack to see what the computer will do,makes up good strats
