Well thats what i thought at first but then i just figured it was a deleted scene because usually when vampires change they convulse so thank tho(:

What was the first 18 seconds from? I dont remember seeing that in the movie.
@Nitrousox92 it was a deleted scene, showing how she became a vampire. The director chose not to put it in the film because he thought people would associate it with a rape scene instead. You can probably find the full clip on youtube.
