I have installed an rvf engine in a vfr, and the second pick up coil was all it needed to start.
Apart from that, all internal items are the same and if not exactly the same, they are totally compatible.

VFR400nc30 and RVF400nc35 engines can be used, the one instead of the other.
There are some differences, like different gear ratios, and very slightly in cam timing, but everything is compatible with one-another.
There is only ONE difference u have to solve, for a rvf engine to replace a vfr engine: Vfr engine uses a double pick up coil ignition system, whereas Rvf has a single pick up coil. U just have to add the second pickup to the Rvf engine (easy job)

may i know is it all parts like piston and block for RVF 400 is exactly the same with VFR 400.. can i interchange it?
