Duke energy has aready raised our energy bill, complete with a list of all the "renewable energy taxes" defined on our bill. It has gone up 50%. They did this in preparation so they don't lose anything. Welcome to the "make bricks without straw" society.

I hope they DO wait until next year to vote on it.
That way, it's closer to the election, and more Dems will be much more frightened to vote for it.
