i would have to say salt.. but ive been trying experiments with hydrogen peroxide. and i get ur question and i think the 30 amp is just there in case the cell shorts out and ur wires dont melt with it. u can try a 40 or 50 to see if it works better 4 u.

why cant i put a 50 amp fuse and have a 40 amp hho system?
