Obviously, Dubai government is paying for more PR using doctored photos, as they are nearly bankrupt, in hopes of resurrecting enough interest to borrow from international banks, the $12 billion due on their massive debt. Most of their projects have been suspended and they are in freefall. The freehold properties hyped in your photos are in freefall. Having lived in Dubai for 10 years, no one but a fool would buy a seat on the Titanic at this point, even if you could get the financing.

People around the world are dieing to visit that amazing place.
