I forgot why Matt aka Max didn't tell Gabrielle that it was him. The way he kisses her and touches her, I wonder why she didn't figure out it was Max.

I remember this back then. The actor who plays Matt Kingston who is really Max is very impressive. He acts just like Max. And when he kisses Gabrielle he acts just like Max. They have hot chemistry! I missed the part back then when James DePaiva came back as Max. What was the explanation of how Max got his old face back?

@sonyab1974 They never did explain it, but the first day James was back on as Max, he looked directly into the camera at the end of the episode and said "I'm baaaaack!"

Watch this clip and tell me again that Karen Witter is not a bad actress. The heavy breathing, the sighing, the gnashing of the teeth and the dramatic pauses = bad actress. She could not emote her way out of a paper bag! She did get better but she was dreadful her first year on the show.
