Christendom is saturated with trendy translations and revised revisions and polished paraphrases which not only differ from the KJV in form and expression but also in substance and content. So-called modern scholarship has told us that the Bible we have now is not reliable so these new versions completely omit, discredit, or change, scores of Bible verses that once stood as the walls around the narrow way of truth. On every page there are notes telling you, you can’t trust what you’re reading.
We are told that these doubts and questions about the contents of the Bible are the product of better scholarship and recently discovered evidence. Anyone who consults these new and improved versions will be led to believe that no Bible can be trusted. Not only do these scholars challenge and discredit the KJV but they challenge and discredit all the other new and improved versions. They even discredit their own version by inserting all those little notes.
You are defending other Bible versions without looking up the orginal origin of the word. It's not about being right. It's not about defending other Bible versions. It's not about defending a man. You are more interested in being and in proving yourself right than you are in truly finding out the truth. This is pride and ego speaking not a humble, teachable spirit I am sorry to say.

What you're not realizing is that Paul wrote epistles to multiple churches, not just to Ephesus. Paul himself was often distraught with the Ephesians because of their backsliding ways. If Paul had been the stumbling block, then Jesus would have given exhortation to ALL churches whom Paul had associated with. However, this wasn't so. Instead, Christ was exhorting the Ephesians to return to the Way. When John's Apocalypse was authored, Paul had already died.

Anyone who consults these new and improved versions will be led to believe that no Bible can be trusted. Not only do these scholars challenge and discredit the KJV but they challenge and discredit all the other new and improved versions. Have you received the Holy Spirit? Wouldn't you like to know what it really is and how to have it? Rule #1. It's to bring HIS GLORY....not mine. Rule#2. It is to do HIS work. #3. Are you sure about that? I've been reviewing our dialog, and I can't locate anywhere that I've been wrong. However, I've located numerous occasions where you've been incorrect, including the etymology of Shaul's name, the etymology of the city of the Great King, the spelling of Christ's name, comparing the beloved Apostle Paul with Satan, claiming that I haven't been born again, etc. There are too many instances to reference. I thought you were leaving?

You know dude...It's pretty bad. I have to get off here for awhile, do some praying and let his Spirit minister to me after dealing with you. And that only happens like once every 2 months that his Spirit has to minister to me after dealing with someone like you. You've got so many bad Spirits around you if I continue this with you, I'm gonna puke. I can't do this with you anymore. You claim that there are "spirits" around me? I feel the Spirit moving within me. The fire burns within. The Scripture reads: "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but he that comes after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear. He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with FIRE" (Matthew 3:11)

And there's multiple meaning to that. When someone receives the Holy Spirit, do they jump for joy in the glory of the Lord and his gift...or do they shut it up? You figure it out. That's correct. However, through the sharpness of God's Word, many have become offended. People nowadays cannot accept reproof. Thus, they're perishing from within, because they're as lifeless containers. However, people like myself are fervent in our faith, on fire for God. You're wrong again. You cannot read Verse 19 without including Verse 18 behind it. It reads: "Little children, it is the last time, and as ye have heard that Antichrist shall come, even now there are many anti-Christs; by this, we know that it is the last time." (1 John 2:18)
See, Verse 19 refers to anti-Christs - those who reject that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and YHWH his Father.

Yes, there are. Understand that Acts was authored AFTER Paul's death in 67 AD. Whether the author realized this or not, his recordings provide contradicting elements of Paul's experience.

What "proof" have you provided which suggests that we should exclude Paul's epistles from the Biblical canon? Paul was mightier in words and deeds than any Apostle of his generation and, arguably, of all successive generations. Paul finished His course as an Apostle, as the CHOSEN VESSEL of Jesus Christ. Have you already forgotten?

What you're not realizing is that Paul wrote epistles to multiple churches, not just to Ephesus. Paul himself was often distraught with the Ephesians because of their backsliding ways. If Paul had been the stumbling block, then Jesus would have given exhortation to ALL churches whom Paul had associated with. However, this wasn't so. Instead, Christ was exhorting the Ephesians to return to the Way. When John's Apocalypse was authored, Paul had already died.

Wow, you're REALLY confused! Firstly, it was Peter who conversed with this particular Ananias in Acts 5, NOT Paul. Secondly, the Ananias mentioned in Acts 5 and the one mentioned in Acts 9 are NOT the same individual! "Ananias" was a common name in the 1st century. Get your facts straight.

There's too much confusion with him to some people, that's why I stayed neutral. I saw different sides. With YAHSHUAH...I see one. I don't see confusion with him. But there is confusion with paul. There's more of paul in the new testament than the Son of God. It's like he's seeking to be God. The churches teach his doctrine more than YAHSHUAH'S commandments and Sabbath. Also, realize that, if Paul had indeed been a stumbling block unto the Ephesians, Jesus would've named Paul BY NAME. Notice how in Verse 6 in this same exhortation to the Ephesians, Jesus mentions the sect of the Nicolaitanes who had Apostatized from the Way. Notice how there's zero mention of Paul anywhere in John's Apocalypse, or in any of the Johannine writings.

Yes, but that doesn't mean that Paul did NOT baptize. Paul is recorded numerous times in the NT baptizing others. However, Paul was first and foremost a preacher of the Gospel. There were others in Paul's entourage (like Apollos) who were baptizing while Paul was preaching. Also, focus on the second part of this passage: "...not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made ineffectual." (1 Cor 1:17)
