i think all all matial arts deserve respect yes muay thai tends to be more domminate but that dosnt mean a karate guy cant beat it its far more practical than most styles and mor powerfull than most but buakaw is the shit and all people need to have respect for anyone who is down to step into the ring because its verry easy to talk and thats what most of u like to do so why dont u try it if its so easy im sure its fun to feel tough but quit being tough on the key board and be tough in the ring

IT'S the KICK. ever wonder why the boxing of john wayne parr, zambidis, souwer, and practically every other european or westerner is better? because their base is boxing not the kicking...in a sport where kicking is involved...their kicking sucks donkey dick.

@doctorsizzle in some ways i would have to disagree, legs are much longer than arms, and if the muay thai fighter has good control over his legs then i'm sure he won't let a boxer come very close to him, even though its inevitable. but yeah, they both have their pros and cons, i'd rather learn half boxing and half muay thai and some knowledge of wrestling. because really if you think about it, thats all you really need. when it comes time to get into a street fight, gg for the other opponent

because punches are among weakest weapon in Muay Thai. also, they are short range compare to kicks.. Also a good Knee kick can be same range as the punch.. You know how devastating the Knees can be..

Yeah the Thai language uses different tones compared to the english translation spelling.
