@silverthunderbolt Yes, but rainbow dash had two ponies tied up in her, which were slowing her down. Besides, the ballon is not that heavy, since it is filled with hot air. And last but not least, fluttershy entered in a rage, where she unleashes all of her power.

Of course, Fluttershy had the balloon and two ponies too, but the balloon seems to zero out most of its inertia. Anyway, she was friendly again, so she was trying harder.
