  • OMFG i've had the EXACT same fucking problem. They have come out to fix it 5x and it's still not fixed. also they said on there commercial "if we don't fix the problem the first time, we'll put a 50$ credit on your account" i've never had any credit put on my account, much less 4 times. N it's this exact same shit. I've been debating on getting a vid camera to record it so i could show exactly what the problem is, but this vid shows it perfectly. Thank you soooo much.
