Trespassing is not a criminal offense, if it is show me in the criminal code. As for these offenses you claim they are committing, why don't you arrest them. They are all criminal (indictable) offense committed on private property, S. 494 CC. Because they have committed no crime. Your argument holds no water and in and filled with faulty logic.

This is fascinating stuff. Could someone tell me, I have always wondered why the US (and Canada??) have their milboxes outside their houses from what I see in films,etc at the begining of their drives. Is this another (hidden) legal thing?? In the UK we have letter boxes in our front doors. Has a postman the legal right to come to propery and post mail?? Hope you can help.

You have the right idea. The PO is part of the military and the address is an attempt to place you in a commercial venue and into a Federal zone(the zip code) under the jurisdiction of the US corporation (part of washington, dc). The mailbox and house # are assumed to be invitations to trespass, since you are just a tenent anyway(look at that "certificate" of title).

It depends on how the mail is delivered. Many places in the US mail delivery is by vehicle, not by walking. For instance, in my town (about 8,000 people) delivery is by postal truck. My mother had to get permmision to move the mail box to just outside the door (bad knees). It was just a formality, but roadside delivery is faster.
