What r u talking about Bob? I have watched all the seasons of biggest loser USA and Australia and Jillian always gets the contestants to get to the source of their overeating. hell on the fifth season (i think) she invited her mom ( a therapist) to talk to the contestants n Bob did not think his team needed to. What is he talking about? Jillian does so much emotional work with her contestants and you can clearly see that she changes these people's lifes in both aspects.

That's true, but he plays more to empathy and consideration of people's strengths and weaknesses and needs while he's training them, whereas Jillian is much tougher because her focus is empowering people, and not letting them slack off is a major element of that. They both do emotional work, but she's not the one to cry to while in the gym.
