@StanMarsh1 actually, the document you refer too applies to individuals and their rights which Dr.Paul agrees with, they are our natural rights, those which can not be infringed apon by any level of government. although it could be argued that many if not all of the ammendemts to our constitution are being erodded year after year. Funney how Dr.Paul is the only one talking about the erosion of our civil liberties while everyone else wants to "bom bom bom, bomb bomb iran" and ignore our soldiers.

Also, on his website he says he will make a law banning abortion, so much for individual rights eh? As for not infringing peoples rights, tell that to the states who could restrict peoples rights if people vote for it

He says the federal government has no bussiness in any matter outside the confines of the constitution so that power is then delegated to the states. The 15th amendment protects people right to vote, with the exception of the truly racist war on drugs that is daily turning huge numbers of minorities into 2nd class citizens aka. fellons
