When somebody toadied this hard over Bush it was embarrassing. It's equally embarrassing when it's Palin's ass being kissed, and it's embarrassing when MSNBC kisses Obama's ass.

Almost nobody likes a brown-noser, and people who worship Obama, Palin, or Bush (Harriet Miers for instance, I don't know almost any of the hosts who kissed his ass like some of them do Palin's, to my knowledge) is an embarrassment, and doesn't regard their dignity that highly.

Sarah Palin wasn't even intelligent enough to come up with an legitimate excuse for her incompetence in handling the governorship of Alaska upon her resignation.

The problem with modern conservatives is that you're willing to trumpet mediocrity as long as it comes with ideology.

No symbol is more expression of that reality than Sarah Palin.

What incompetence are your referring to? The historic pipeline deal she signed for Alaska? One of few states to be in the budget black? The money she saved taxpayers while rejecting Obama's porkulus funds? Having the integrity to step down to protect the state while Obama goons are filing bogus ethics charges against her? So she's uneducated? Yeah, she's pretty dumb, she became a Governor, is ushering in a natural gas pipeline and just outsmarted and stunned everybody. She also is "dumb" enough to be of very apparent concern to the political establishment. Don't believe me? Then why the massive amount of attention devoted to her every single day? umm, Bill Buckley is dead. Sarah is an extremely competent and intelligent women. Just because she believes government is not the answer, that unborn babies should not be killed, marriage is between a man and a woman, and that the 2nd Amendment means what it says, does not make her 'stoopid'.
