@zhyj8810 hi yeah its true. but its not like something like a dentist where you go in and they just do everything for you. its about abandoning some bad traits and building on some good traits. Its a good idea to have high moral, high levels of energy. But at the same time its good to accept maturity and being seen as a responsible, trustworthy person. You need to be calm and relaxed in the mind also.
