Tempo was good in this acoustic otherwise it would have been slower. Non-musicians shouldn't comment on YouTube

I don't like the distinctiveness of the voices. One tenor should calm down a bit.

Tempo impossible in a more generous acoustic.
Do the singers know that long notes don't need as much intensity as quicker moving passages?
For public performance, learning to stand up simultaneously makes for a good effect. (Putting the feet on the ground before levering the body up makes less noise too).
