Tuaregs never attack them if they're not threatened by their empires.If the Sahara deosn't belong to tuaregs, it didn't certainely belong to blacks. You know the reality, the central Sahara from Azawad to Tanezrouft and from Hoggar to Air was for Tuareg's.
