  • I once built a barrel grill with 6011 welding rods; those were the best! They would go over rust, dirt and oil.

  • vertical is tricky enough to do,so stop hatin rafu666. but dude you need to go slower on the vertical and watch the pool build as you go.this is why your getting the holes in your weld.plus are you going side to side or what you doing when going up?the top 4inches was good by the way,i was worse when i started the vertical,but got it perfect after practicing it.so practice makes perfect as they say.

  • Thats pretty good for a first attempt, What Amp level are you using to weld? Is 150amps enough?

  • pretty good, at first it appeared you had just a lillll to much angle but straighten out good on your rod and first attempt? yeah you got that down now lol, and about the other comment 150amps?? 130 vertical and 140 overhead tops, most beginners dont run it that hot though

  • 3/32 nvm about the amps haha would blow it out of the stinger
