Remember waking up every saturday morning and watching this all the time when I was little. Also watching it on the weekdays whenever I would sick and no go to school. I remember it would always be on from 12 to 1 on the weekdays on CN. LO brings back good and funny memories :)
i believe i recall an intro or a closing theme where shaggy says, "scooby doo, where are you ?", and then scooby says, "over here." i'm trying to find it. maybe i just imagined it.
That's bullcrap. All you ppl who were 90's kids and say if I hadn't been born in the 90's I wouldn't know who Scooby Doo was, can SHUT UP. I was born in 2000 and I've know him since I was 4 or 5. And I'm 11 now. PRAISE THE LORD FOR THE OLD SCOOBY DOO
My childhood, this was the only show I watched as a kid that stuck with me through out my entire life. And even though with many redones, remixes, that kinda sucked the old timey fun out of this show. I still count on that dog to catch that villian and make my day
DAMN,THIS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST AND MOST RECOGNIZED CARTOONS EVER IN THE HISTORY OF EVER.I KNOW I HAVE SEEN EVERY EPISODE OVER AND OVER AND OVER.AS A 48 YEAR OLD GUY,I TRUELY CAN SAY THAT SCOOBY DOO IS UP THERE WITH BUGS BUNNY AS A CARTOON LEGEND.TOP 5 OF ALL-TIME,NO DOUBT.
There isn't one kid of the 60s or 70s that didn't watch Scooby Doo religiously-- that's how huge it was back then. And adults liked it as well-- my father thought Shaggy and Scooby were the greatest comedy duo since Abbott and Costello!
This Intro Brings Back So Many Memories For Me ! When i Was Younger , I Always Used To Run In the Bathroom And Cover My Ears When This Came On Cartoon Network , EVERYTIME ! Even The Ending Credits ! AND The Volume Was Up So I Still Heard It Anyway ! XD I Love This Show !
i remember getting home from elementary school everyday and watching the end of thundercats then scooby doo would come on on cartoon network...good times
i watched scooby doo ghoul school on youtube the other day for no aparent reason. the nostalgia was so overwhelming i actually did start to cry. my beautiful 90's... gone forever
Scooby Doo is DEFINATELY more then 100x better then all of the new TV shows including the remakes of scooby doo, (Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated, What's new Scooby Doo, etc.)
@dylwalsh Hold on, lol! Whats New Scooby Doo was better than the crappy Scooby Doo such as Mystery incorporated. I mean. It still kept most of the traditional voice actors.
I'll never forget the joy it was when I discovered that one of the channels was playing Scooby Doo Monday thru Friday. For the first time I didn't have to wait a whole week to watch one episode. It was like going to heaven.
@MrCwells74 Hey, lol! I may be a 90's kid (1991 proudly) but I know class, lol, and classic Scooby Doo was class. Scooby Doo and 'old skool' cartoons had just as much impact on me as it did with you. That's why I hate shows of today.
Hahah just messing. They really need to put this back on tv. Same with the Flintstones and all of the classics. Kids need to learn not fed all of this bull-shit that comes out today.
Between Freddy's little red scarf around his neck and his not hitting on the red hot Daphne, I think we all know what his orientation was. Thelma was pretty AC/DC looking and as for Shaggy, he looked like he'd blow your head off for just one more bowl of crack.
I'm 18 years old but for some reason I still like watching cartoons like this on the net. Such a great feeling to re-live my childhood again. Scooby doo rulez
The good old days when Cartoon Network was cool. I watched this every evening at 9pm. I have to admit that some episodes were really scary - the ghosts, the scary music, the scary atmosphere...especially the wax phantom episode - that episode gave me nightmares first time I watched it. I wish they could show good stuff like this instead of that modern garbage
Freddy and Daphne doing the wild thing. While Scoob and Shag had the munchies which left Velma to do the crime solving. Damn glad I was a child in the 80's!
Scooby-doo is much better than Hannah Montana, Wizards of Retard Place and all those other lousy new shows. I'm 11 and while all my friends are going gaga over High School Musical, I'm enjoying old 60's-70's Scooby Doo! You will be in my heart forever, Scoobert!
@Emmateachesyou You're totally right plus Hannah Montana is the most stupid idea in mankind and history of existence and those Wizards of the most dimwitted retarted shitting place 60's-70's Scooby Doo will never die =) :D :)
@Emmateachesyou kid you are awesome. not most kids your age would appreciate older shows like this one I'm 21 and I remember 10 years ago when I was your age I loved coming hoe from school everyday sitting down in front of the tv and waiting for Scooby Doo Where Are You to come on
