I rented the movie this past weekend and I was crying throughout it. This is not a "black movie", this crosses all color lines. Thank God, Precious was able to have her own dreams that pulled her through the abuse. There are a lot of successful Precious' out there but there are probably more that didn't survive the abuse. I'm an avid fan of Tyler Perry, Writer, Director, Producer, and Actor of his MADEA films; he said that he too can identify with her abuse. Thank you Tyler for speaking out.

Chamillionaire's life is like a Tyler Perry drama too.. I wonder if Chamillionaire has met Tyler Perry before...His dad and mom got divorced when he was young, his mom had to take care of him, his two other brothers and sister...Cham wasn't close to his dad...He never liked him..Cause his dad was a dead beat dad...he wasn't there for him, and then the funny thing was probably now that Chamillionaire made something from himself and got his mom out of the ghetto..His dad didn't see it coming...

You're ignorant. Plain and simple. There are thousands, make that millions of abused people in the United States... It's not so hard to believe... Many of the abused are too afraid to speak out about it, and those who do should be encouraged for the strength that it takes to disclose such painful memories.

Tyler Perry is full of CRAP!! I just love how he timed his confessions of "Abuse" and "molestation" to promote this movie.

He is such a spot light WHORE! Between him and Beyonce, I don't know who's worse!

I'm not accusing him of making up anything. I'm just questioning the TIMING of his confessions.

Tyler Perry is just PIMPING his situation for all it's worth. If he feels that bad about it, then go see a THERAPIST. He's rich enough to afford it. I feel it is quit TACKY to air your dirty laundry out for the public.
