when you really think about it... when it comes to sound tracks.. all there is, is 2 and 3... no other gave such power to the music... the music from the megaman games was always a cut above the rest. Always liked any of the songs from two (though not airman's as much for some reason) and definitely found skullman's music rediculously good, suited him as an enemy.

good top tenner, though surprised that it's mainly from 2 and 3, definitely thought pharaoh man and maybe gravity man should've gotten up there too.

Great choices, the Mega Man games easily have the best music in NES history. The only part of your list I'd personally change would be # 2 - replace the Flash Man music with the Doc Wily music from Mega Man 3.

never actually played the gameboy version but IMO, Megaman 2 and 3 are the best of the series. Cool bosses with cool weapons and very nice music in those games.

My top 5 would be:

- Wily's Castle stage 1 (megaman 2)

- Woodman (megaman 2)

- Snakeman (megaman 3)

- Wily's Castle stage 3 (megaman 3)

- Crashman (megaman 2)

Many good tunes are left out here, I know! But these ones have some nice beats. I might compile a list myself and post here some time.
