@middletonk becauuse they can kick the bass drum hard enough because theyre in a very slow tempo this guy goes over 220 bpm doing 16th notes on the bass drums , did all the drummers you mentioned did get any closer to that tempo? no i dont think so , the triggers amplifies the drum so you can hear it clearly , and go fast hearing the drums , george kollias for me is the best drummer ever walked the earth , and he uses triggers to hear his BD on 250 bpm + and that's FUCKING FAST!
