There was a man in there that went by the name ''Fanny Flaps Dave'' AKA ''P***Y LIPS DAVE'' he was on PCP that day around 3:21pm. He almost killed my kittens till the cops had to stop him. It took the whole police force to bring that man down. He was a black male with big lips and a shirt that was blue and said ''Quote'' MY NIGGA... I don't know why that man wanted to kill my kittens, but he was a very VERY mean person.
